Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled tour will receive a full refund, minus a non-refundable administration fee of US$25.
- Cancellations within 48 hours of the tour will be eligible for a 50% refund.
- Cancellations made within 24 hours of the tour, or failure to attend (no-shows), are not eligible for any refund.
Booking Policy
- Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation.
- We accept cash, major credit cards (Visa & MasterCard), and local Belize bank transfers.
- Bookings are confirmed only once payment is received in full.
- All participants are required to adhere to the safety guidelines provided by our guide.
- Safety equipment will be provided for all relevant activities, and participants must sign a waiver before joining the tour.
- We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule tours in the event of extreme weather conditions or other safety concerns.
- If a tour is cancelled due to weather, you will receive a full refund (minus 5% for credit card fees) or have the option to reschedule.
- Participants must disclose any medical conditions or allergies at the time of booking. Some tours may require moderate physical fitness, and it is advised that you consult a physician if you have any health concerns.
- Children under 18 must be accompanied by an adult. Some tours may have specific age restrictions, which will be detailed in the tour descriptions.
Privacy Policy
- We respect your privacy and will not share your personal information with any third parties without your consent.
- Your details will only be used for booking and communication purposes related to your tour.
Liability Policy
- We are not liable for any loss, damage, or injury sustained during the tour.
- All participants join at their own risk and are encouraged to have personal travel insurance.
